Chris Snodgrass
Chris Snodgrass Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Snodgrass is the CEO of Radwell International and is based in Chicago, Illinois along with other members of the executive leadership team.

Chris most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), responsible for the Building Construction Products (BCP) Division. This role provided global leadership of the design, operations, procurement, sales, marketing, and product support for Caterpillar’s compact, versatile construction machines and attachments business. Prior to BCP, Snodgrass was Senior Vice President for the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD), where he had global accountability for Caterpillar’s worldwide parts distribution network, integrated logistics organizations, wear and maintenance component manufacturing, and aftersales product support.

Chris has held senior leadership roles for the large engine business in Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD), first responsible for the design and manufacturing of industrial engines, then later leading global sales, marketing, service, and parts.

Snodgrass joined Caterpillar in 2013 following a successful 20-year career that included executive leadership positions with commercial vehicle and industrial components manufacturer Meritor (now part of Cummins, Inc. NYSE: CMI) after spending nearly 15 years at Daimler AG. While at Daimler, Chris served in executive leadership roles at Mercedes Benz Truck in Europe, with Freightliner Trucks in North America, and at the global engine manufacturer Detroit Diesel Corporation.

He holds a bachelor's degree in management and organizational leadership from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and completed the CE Executive Degree Program at Duke University. Chris sits on the St. Jude Children's Hospital ALSAC Board of Directors, the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Iowa State University, and is a Board Member at AIT Worldwide Logistics, one of the global leaders in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions. Chris previously served on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers CE Sector Board, on the United Way Board of Directors for the Greater Triangle region in Raleigh, NC, and on the San Antonio Manufacturers Association (SAMA).

  • Philip Battaglia
    Philip Battaglia Chief Financial Officer

    Phil joined Radwell International as Chief Financial Officer in August 2024, where he leads financial strategy, reporting, and capital allocation to enable profitable growth and operational excellence.

    He brings over 25 years of experience in finance, M&A and capital markets across the industrial and distribution sectors. Phil is recognized for driving financial transformation, optimizing operational efficiency, and executing high-impact transactions that enhance EBITDA and shareholder value. Prior to joining Radwell, he served as CFO at Optimas Solutions, a PE-backed leading global manufacturer and distributor of industrial fastener solutions. Optimas was acquired by American Industrial Partners (AIP) from Anixter International Inc.

    Previously, Phil spent over a decade at Caterpillar Inc., holding numerous senior finance leadership roles, including VP of FP&A, CFO of the Product Support & Logistics Division, Assistant Treasurer and Director of M&A, Asia-Pacific. In these roles, he led global teams responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, mergers, acquisitions, and financial transformation, providing strategic insights to Caterpillar’s CEO, CFO, and executive leadership. He also led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on structural cost optimization, operational excellence, and growth and margin expansion across global operations.

    Phil began his career as an investment banker at Citigroup, advising on and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.

    He graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

  • Michael O’Shea
    Michael O’Shea Chief Digital Officer

    Mike is the Chief Digital Officer at Radwell International, where he leads global teams across product management, marketing, user experience, analytics, marketplaces, and B2B integrations. He is responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across the enterprise.

    Mike brings over 20 years of leadership in digital strategy, eCommerce, and data-driven innovation. Prior to joining Radwell in 2024, he held senior leadership roles at Parts Town, a global distributor of OEM parts. As SVP of Data Strategy, he led enterprise-wide initiatives in master data management, governance, and analytics to unlock monetization opportunities. Earlier, as SVP of eCommerce and Digital Product Management at Parts Town, Mike pioneered mobile app development, image recognition technology, and large-scale B2B integrations, helping shift the business to 80% digital revenue.

    Before Parts Town, Mike led digital marketing and eCommerce at One Step Ahead and managed digital product strategy at Orbitz Worldwide, where he drove innovations in mobile commerce, social media integration, and customer engagement.

    Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He also completed postgraduate coursework in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at MIT.

  • Ragi Ravi
    Ragi Ravi SVP, Global Pricing & Data Science

    Ragi is the Senior Vice President of Global Pricing and Data Science, accountable for pricing intelligence, and the related acceleration of profitable growth across all regions.

    She brings more than 20 years of leadership in strategic pricing and advanced analytics. Ragi is well known for building high-performing teams, scaling sophisticated pricing capabilities, and driving EBITDA growth through data-informed decision-making. Prior to Radwell, Ragi led pricing and merchandising analytics for Zoro, where she built innovative pricing capabilities leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Zoro.com is a wholly-owned subsidiary of W.W. Grainger, Inc. and operates as an e-commerce platform for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, primarily serving small businesses.

    Prior to Zoro, Ragi held senior-level roles at Swanson and OfficeMax, where she led cross-functional initiatives to increase profitability through smarter, customer-focused price optimization. Ragi started her career as a market analyst at IRi (now Circana), an industry leader leveraging technology, AI, and data to empower fast-moving packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers. Ragi is based at our Downers Grove head office with the senior leadership team. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with distinction from the University of Madras in Chennai, India and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics with distinct honors from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

  • Mahesh Kumthekar
    Mahesh Kumthekar Chief Commercial Officer

    Mahesh is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), has spent his entire career leading comprehensive transformations of businesses across the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and chemical sectors. He specializes in commercial transformation, pricing strategy, and operational execution, with a track record of driving profitable growth and margin expansion across global markets.

    Prior to Radwell, Mahesh served as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at True Value, where he led the commercial transformation and successful sale of the PE-backed business. He spent a decade at Veritiv Corporation, where he held multiple executive roles and led strategy, pricing, procurement, and post-merger integration for a multi-billion dollar Bain Capital-backed merger. His work delivered synergies across commercial and operational functions, expanded revenue through targeted customer segmentation, and optimized go-to-market execution across a diverse range of sales channels.

    Mahesh brings a global perspective with experience leading high-impact initiatives in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Prior to Veritiv, he has held leadership roles at Ford, Eaton, McKinsey & Co., and Eastman Chemicals with a consistent focus on unlocking growth through commercial optimization, pricing strategy, and operational execution. Throughout his career, he has completed multiple M&A transactions, add-ons, exits, and due diligence assessments.  Equally, Mahesh has driven measurable transformation across customer segmentation, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and product portfolio management.

    He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, a Master of Business Administration from Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai (ICTM).

  • Manju Krishnaiah
    Manju Krishnaiah Chief Technology Officer

    Manju is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, technology strategy, and the development of scalable platforms to support the company's evolution into a technology-enabled global enterprise.

    He brings more than 27 years of global leadership experience across Industrial, Distribution, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Electric Power Generation, Mining, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors. Manju is known for building modern digital ecosystems, driving operational efficiency, and enabling intelligent automation through AI and predictive analytics.

    Most recently, Manju served as Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Empower Pharmacy, where he led the implementation of a fully integrated digital ecosystem. This included a modern, cloud-based ERP integration, Salesforce Einstein-driven CRM solutions, NICE CXone for omnichannel customer engagement, and HIPAA-compliant mobile and eCommerce platforms.  His work enabled a comprehensive pharmacy management capability tailored for prescription automation and fulfillment.  The collective set of initiatives directly improved customer acquisition, reduced call center workload, and meaningfully elevated patient experience by deploying artificial intelligence (AI) enabled solutions.

    Before Empower, Manju held senior roles at Sherwin-Williams and Caterpillar, where he led global ERP and CRM rollouts, smart manufacturing initiatives, and offshore development center expansions. He also contributed to digital transformation efforts by integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems with Product Lifecycle Management platforms, and launching mobile app enhancements to profitably grow parts and services revenue.

    Manju holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master of Business Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), along with executive certifications in technology leadership, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

  • Keith Reville
    Keith Reville President, Radwell Europe

    Keith is the President of Radwell Europe, bringing over 25 years of international leadership experience in the industrial supply and distribution industry across B2B and B2C sectors. He has held executive roles in private equity-backed, public, and privately owned businesses, with broad functional expertise spanning finance, sales, procurement, marketing, technology, operations, and digital transformation.

    Keith most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of PaintWell, a private equity backed independent professional trade merchant in the UK where he held overall responsibility for the turnaround, growth, and sale of that business in 2025 to The Brewers Group, one of the UK’s largest independent online sellers of paints, woodcare, sealants, solvents, and associated sundries. Prior to PaintWell, Keith had many years of international experience in the industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) services sector across Europe, the US, and APAC serving on the executive committees of Rubix, Grainger Global Online, a division of W.W. Grainger (NYSE: GWW), and the RS Group plc (LSE: RS1) respectively.

    While at Rubix, Keith served as the Chief Digital, Marketing and Data Officer. Rubix is one of Europe's leading providers of MRO industrial products and services to the manufacturing sector, particularly mechanical power transmission, bearings, fluid power, flow technology, and industrial automation. Keith’s responsibilities there included growing digital sales, expanding margin, increasing the Net Promoter Scores (NPS), CRM deployment, company-wide AI implementation, and designing the enterprise data strategy.

    Earlier, he served as COO of Grainger Global Online and as RS Group’s first Chief Digital Officer, leading company-wide transformation programs that evolved RS from a catalogue distributor to a global omnichannel leader.   Prior to RS Group, Keith held a variety of international sales, tech, and digital leadership roles in the B2C sector with brands like Thomas Cook, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Orange Ltd.

    Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

  • Gina Vollmer
    Gina Vollmer General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

    Gina is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary responsible for leading a team of legal and compliance professionals accountable for the company's global legal services and compliance function. Her scope includes corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property strategy, litigation, and global compliance.

    Since joining Radwell in 2024, Gina has continued to build out the legal and compliance function, establishing a comprehensive global compliance program covering data privacy, supply chain compliance, international trade compliance, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She also serves as Secretary of the Board of Managers, overseeing entity records and governance procedures for all enterprise global entities.

    Prior to Radwell, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Gleason Corporation, a global leader in gear technology serving the automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets. At Gleason, she provided strategic counsel to the CEO, executive management, and the Board of Directors while also leading the company’s global compliance program.   

    Earlier, Gina served as Senior Corporate Counsel at The Home Depot, Inc., where she supported Home Depot's supply chain initiative, providing counsel on business strategy, international regulations, and complex commercial agreements. She served as a key advisor on international trade compliance, including import compliance, export controls, and sanctions in addition to providing leadership on tariff strategies. 

    Before Home Depot, Gina spent nearly seven years at Caterpillar Inc., serving as commercial and compliance counsel for the Product Support and Logistics Division, also taking on leadership roles as Compliance Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. At Caterpillar, she managed global legal and compliance professionals and led the legal support and strategy of the international trade compliance program. Gina participated in the OECD Group on Bribery discussions with industry at the U.S. Department of State. She began her legal career in private practice, counseling U.S. and international companies on commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment matters and regulatory compliance.

    Gina holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School, where she served on the editorial staff of the Intellectual Property Law Review, a Master of Business Administration from Valparaiso University, where she received Distinguished Graduate recognition, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University, where she was named an Ignatius Scholar. She is active in the legal community, holding various leadership roles in the Association of Corporate Counsel, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Compliance and Ethics Network and as a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, where she has facilitated various General Counsel Mentorship groups.

  • Roxanne Klein
    Roxanne Klein Chief Human Resources Officer

    Roxanne Klein is the Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for overseeing talent development, workplace culture, employee engagement, total rewards, safety, and HR compliance.   Roxanne brings more than 25 years of Human Resources Leadership experience across multiple industries. She has managed HR strategies for both public and private firms during periods of growth and transformation.  

    Before joining Radwell, Roxanne served as the CHRO for Unified Door & Hardware Group, establishing a professional Human Resources function. Unified Door & Hardware Group, a PE-backed distributor and service provider, was acquired by Foundation Building Materials, an industry-leading building materials and construction products distribution company, which was then acquired by Lowe's (NYSE: LOW).

    Prior to that, Roxanne held the role of CHRO for Enviva, a leading global producer of wood pellets, helping to reduce reliance on fossil fuels around the globe.   At Enviva, Roxanne led efforts to meaningfully improve retention rates in the plants which enabled improved safety and operational performance.  Before Enviva, Roxanne had a long, distinguished career with Knoll, Inc. where she held progressively larger roles across the human resources function until being announced as the CHRO. At Knoll, Roxanne modernized the HR practices and built a talented and professional HR team to support the business growth.

    Roxanne has spent her career focused on successfully building Human Capital strategies that align and support business strategy. Roxanne's career includes holding leadership roles at Fortune 500 Companies like Danaher and Praxair (now Linde), and Prudential Healthcare (now Aetna).

    She holds a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Temple University.

  • Regina Guarracino
    Regina Guarracino SVP, Supply Chain and Quality Management

    Regina Guarracino is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Quality Management where she leads sourcing, transportation, inventory management, demand planning, and quality across North America. Regina brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain and operations transformations across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution for B2B industrial and technology-driven organizations.

    Prior to joining Radwell, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Technologies, where she directed end-to-end operations including all aspects of the supply chain, production, warehousing, and freight management across multiple locations in North America.  Regina was accountable for improving lead time, optimizing cost, improving quality, and doubling production capacity.

    Before Keystone, Regina served as Chief Operating Officer at Anova, a private equity-backed industrial remote monitoring company, where she integrated six acquisitions and built an institutional, metrics-driven operating model spanning manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, procurement, IT, and quality across a global multi-site organization.

    Earlier in her career, Regina served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Knoll Inc., a premium commercial furniture manufacturer, where she held global responsibility for procurement, transportation, supplier development, and centralized inventory planning throughout North America. 

    Regina holds a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University.

  • Dan Brogan
    Dan Brogan Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications

    Dan Brogan is the Vice President of Brand Marketing and Communications where he leads our global brand strategy, creative direction, social media, and communications across a growing portfolio of industrial companies. He is responsible for continuing to transform our brand into a measurable competitive advantage for the business.

    Dan brings over 20 years of experience spanning brand architecture, marketing strategy, communications, video production, motion graphics, 3D design, live event production, and copywriting. Throughout his career, he has consistently established marketing and communications capabilities in organizations with ambitious growth agendas. 

    Prior to joining Radwell, he served in senior-level divisional roles across Strategy, Marketing, and Communications at Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), where he drove brand, marketing, and communications enhancements across two of the company's largest divisions (Product Support & Logistics Division and the Building Construction Products division), producing content for global audiences and partnering directly with executive leadership at the highest levels of the organization.

    Before Caterpillar, Dan built and established several social enterprise brands as Creative Director for The Resurrection Project and Lift Up Enterprises, and worked in sports media as a producer, brand developer, and motion graphics designer, contributing to a network rebrand from 120 Sports to Stadium, for which he designed the full visual identity system. Dan produced creative content for major campaigns featured in multiple nation outlets including Sports Illustrated, SB Nation, and in-stadium activations at US Cellular Field.

    With deep expertise across the full breadth of brand building, from visual identity and motion design to executive storytelling, multi-brand architecture, and enterprise-wide communications, Dan brings to Radwell a creative and strategic discipline built across two decades and multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern Illinois University.

  • Scott Vaughn
    Scott Vaughn Chief Strategy Officer

    Scott is a seasoned executive with 25 years of expertise in Power Distribution, Industrial Automation, and Controls. As Chief Strategy Officer at Radwell, he leads M&A, product expansion and geography expansion. With a track record of executing high-impact initiatives, Scott is committed to innovation and long-term value creation in an evolving industrial landscape.

  • Dmitriy Kim
    Dmitriy Kim Chief of Staff

    Dmitriy (Dima) Kim is Sr. Director of Enterprise Strategy & Program Management and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Radwell International. With nearly a decade in strategic transformation, finance, and commercial initiatives, he has led high-impact projects at McKinsey & EY. His expertise spans retail, distribution, energy, and manufacturing, driving cost savings, pricing optimization, and digital solutions. At Radwell, he focuses on strategic execution, spend optimization, and operational improvements through a structured PMO framework.
